New Sidekick 3 Pics
These are the pics that were submitted to the FCC by Danger for approval. It's getting close to launching, I was told it will be a June launch. Now you can see the little nipple/mouse closer and you can see verification of what I said about the 1.3 megapixel camera.

i work for t-mobile i dont no whats the big deal with this sidekick3 talk anyway this phones is not coming out no time soon and when it does its going to have a million things wrong with it because i have the sidekick2 and its freezing every five minutes.so i just got my mda now thats something to talk about.u didnt have a good t-mobile phone unless u had the mda true story.
its me again t-mobile rep,now the mda has camera,video,mp3,mini sd slot,speaker,video messaging,1.3 mega pix,worldwide clock,crazy key pad for that aol action and that text messaging,and it looks like a paml pilot until that shit slides open r u serious and its touch screen and comes with the 2inch pin,o yeah what does the sidekick3 has?
I talked to a Sidekick support rep at T-Mobile today and she said that Sidekick 2 will be out in 2 months or so.
As for anonymous above: does the MDA have easy navigation? From what I've ready you have to use this tiny stylus to do anything with it. You saying that isn't true.
i had the mda for a week, compared to the sidekick 2 it has some positives
+1.3 mega pixel cam with video recorder
+download movies and music from the web
+better screen resolution
+animated gifs
+wifi edge bluetooth
+memory card slot
but some unacceptable negatives for me
-does not stay constantly connected to the data network(making most aim conversations impossible)
-everything needs to be done with the stylus(very small touch screen buttons)
-everything useful is a couple menus back from the main screen
-awkard keyboard
-when moving from sidekick to mda you lose your tmail email address
-smaller screen
now from this page alone it seems that a majority of these positives will be covered in the 3 and nothing is flashier then the flip
Basically. 1.3 cam and an mp3 playa with an SD slot. I'm more completley happy.
Its going to replace most peoples mp3 players. Expecially paris and MC hammers.
what excatly does the side kick 3 has cause i have the side kick 2 is it the same thing just diffrent looks or is it was different then the side kick 2?

SK3 release date: May 15th 2006. I spoke with someone from T-Mobile and they said they will release any new phones on the 15th....She also said that current SK2 owners will be able to trade their in their SK2 for a SK3 for only $100.

We are not talking about the MDA here....the topic is about sidekick 3. MDA is just another product like any other phone from tmobile. Sidekick 3 is for fans...who cares about MDA? Also, who cares if the MDA is better than sidekick 3...we love the sidekick just because its a sidekick and we all know its a hot item.
Yeah yo sidekick 2 was hot and still is and when the sidekick 3 come out i will be the first to get it cause its the best product in the market right now

Yeah, i used to work for t-mobile, sidekick 2 has so many issues its rediculous. Hey, at least it isn't a motorola though, good god those phones are crap. i'd rather have an mda, those look nice.
Hey, I'm a T-Mobile Customer Care rep, and I just want to apologize for the first two comments on this page. Not all T-Mobile reps are gramatically challenged and pushy like the person who left those comments. Personally, I think that any advance that the manufacturers can make for the Sidekick will be welcome improvements. I'm a Sidekick owner, and of course I have complaints about it (just like every other handset I've owned). But, considering T-Mobile's other options at this point (the only comparable handset we offer at this time is the MDA, and unless you love the Windows platform, you're SOL), the Sidekick's not so bad. I'll be looking forward to the release of the Sidekick III.

i allready own an ipod and a very sleek 4 megapixel digital camera. this sk3 is going to have to do better.
