Live From New York, It's the Sidekick 3 Launch!
The Madison Avenue crowd is growing and it's still 10 hours away from the official Sidekick 3 pre-release. Security is keeping things orderly and the people keep shuffling in and claiming their spot. Do any of our readers have any pictures from the Sidekick West Coast line that is forming, I hear there are about 10 people waiting so far.

What a painful display of hate. I simply don't understand racism.
No idea of how the line is here in California, but I went to Tmobile this morning and a girl working there said they plan to sell over 2,500 sidekicks tomorrow and Power 106 will be there (radio station). It's supposedly going to be a huge press deal tomorrow.

This sidekick just makes us wait longer!!! I just got off the phone with a rep. and he said they offer Free UPS ground S&H with the 2 year contract (7 days) or $15 UPS Express (3 days), if we order before 5 pm EST so it can be sent......so we wont even have our phones for the weekend!!!

I just called tmobile from my phone and they wouldn't let me upgrade. Has anyone else had this problem? They said to call back around 8am because it wasn't in the system yet.

just ordered mine online at tmobile.com! the server held out and a minute past one i got confirmation that it would come in five days! how pathetic am i? lol...

It's not even a real upgrade. $299.99, I was wishing more along the lines of 199.00 max. Anyone got a good deal like that?

got mine!!!! at 1st it only showed me the 1 year option, then it went away, and finally showed the 2 year, after refreshing the page a 1000 times!!!

How much did u guys pay 4 a 2 year contract?
I spent several hours today researching Bluetooth headsets and finally settled on the Plantronics Discovery 645 as its the smallest headset with noise cancellation. It only came out a month or two ago. It lists for $169.95, but many online sellers have it for around $100.
I got mine for 299.00+tax+shipping with only a one year contract.
So glad it came up at 12 Eastern Standard Time... ordered mine at 9pm PST online, upgraded both my lines for the SK3 just in case a friend needs one too. I might just hop in the car now and drive to the santa monica store just to get a third!!! lol. Gotta have this bad boy before vegas thursday, so maybe I just might take the drive.

got to santa monica at 330am and I'm supposedly number 91 in line, but friends of other people keep coming and going.. dunno if they're getting sks or not, so give or take 10 numbers.. there's about 25+ behind me right now..its beautiful out too btw!
to the guy asking about minisd and and bluetooth, motorola has a sick bluetooth that fits inside your ear and is nearly invisible and the mic is inside the ear too.. not sure the model but peep it for sure..
as for minisd card, check amazon.com or newegg.com or tigerdirect.com.. amazon has best prices for sure..

I just ordered my sk3, it ships tomorrow and by monday, it should be in my hands YES!!!!!, I called in, it was faster than I thought. Anybody want to buy a used sk2, lol
Does anyone know how the tracking number works for the UPS express shipping method on the upgrade? It said your 10 digit cellphone number as the reference ID ?
Why does that girl have a pink razor at the sidekick3 pre promo and everyone around has a sidekick2and she hade the nerve to hold it up to the sidekicks the nerve of that girl I am sickened
