T-Mobile Sidekick 3 Launch Party Invite
Here is the official invite for the Sidekick 3 event tonight, I opted not to go though a friend sent me an invite and said I would have a good shot of getting in, but not a guarantee. If Paris was going to be there, I might have headed up but she rolls a Blackberry these days and so I think she didn't make the list. Check back though, we may have some pics of the party tomorrow.

You kept repeatedly asking on the site for an invite to the party then when you finally get it you "opt not to go"?
Is anyone live blogging this party or do we have to wait for the pictures to get posted to hiptop.com?
I don't think that's real at all, because it says "You must be 21 and over" which is both physically and grammatically impossible. Plus you've been whining about getting an invitation and I don't think you'd just turn it down like that. And the Futureheads are also playing, so I don't think they'd leave them out of the official invitation.
Not to mention the fact that I could just print that out and use it as my invitation. Theres no personalization to it at all. OR it could be real but you have to be "on the list" which would mean you could have a thousand "invitations" and it would do you know good which would be a reason to "opt not to go"

i went to the party tonight. just got home. thats funny he said something about paris not being there because of the blackberry, she was there. she was one of the few people to get the new sk3. only really top of the line a-list celebs got the phone. the party was really fun though and i got to play with the new phone a tad. if you guys dont believe me its cool. i have pics. its coming guys!

Don't forget who it was that kept you coming back to this site... he gave us a lot of info and put it all in one convenient spot so that all of you could keep your eyes on the prize without straying too far. You owe the guy a lot (whether you want the SK3 or not) because one way or another your decision was impacted by what you learned here.
If you've got nothing better than that to say, don't. It's not helpful; the rest of us come here for information, not trash talk.
Just called the number and it sounded legit. Guy answered and said "Thanks for calling the RSVP line. We are no longer accept RSVP calls for the following events: T-Mobile's Sidekick 3 Launch Party, .. etc. etc."

Yup I called the RSVP number too and it sounded legit. But you "opted not to go" ? You mean there was no chance in hell you were allowed in...
And for the record those were B list celebritiies that attended...not "A List"
