Maryland - I order my SK3 on-line on 6/28 at EST 12:10...I did not receive a text msg confirming but when I called T-mobile later in the day...they didn't have my tracking number but said if I put in my cell number with the dashes I could track it by UPS. I tried later that night nothing on the tracking... tried this morning and...

i actually ordered mines online at 11:55pm tuesday night and it still doesnt show that it been shipped out
I ordered my sk3, at 5:20am on June 28th. It is still being pended on the 29th at 7:35. I see it in UPS tracking system, why haven't it been shipped, that sucks. I paid for the 3 day delivery and they said they had a lot in stock when I placed my order. Also when I call my bank I was just charged for the sk3, not the $15 for 3 day shipping, this sucks man, sucks badly

I placed my order at 12:01am June 28th and when I put in my reference number at the UPS website it doesn't come up. I called T-mobile and they said the order was still pending. Very annoying!

fwiw - I placed my order, online, at ~1am Jun 28. Didn't get a 'confirm' text message until about 10:58a. As of 6-29, 11:35a, still nothing on the UPS tracker. Account doens't show as being billed, but the option to upgrade has been disabled.

Yes, as far as I know, UPS always gives an expected date. Mine should be here any minute. When it went out for delivery at 7AM EST, it was only 15 minutes from me :)
i ordered my sk3 on tuesday at 10 pm here in cali and when i tracked my package on ups, it said its in the transit scheduled to be delivered today! i can't wait!

No text message or email confirmation and I ordered mine online with express shipping around 7:00 AM EST on 6/28.
I hope this comment makes a lot of you guys feel better cause it made me feel better.
I am having the same problem with UPS not showing shipment information as most of you are dealing with also. So I called T-Mobile and told them I wasn't satisfied that I ordered it at 12:02 am, and it still hasn't shipped according to UPS, and she said that that should not be happening, so she put me on hold and talked to her supervisor, and the supervisor said there is no backorder, its just there have been so many sidekick orders that there is a delay in updating tracking information, however all the sidekicks were shipped out and are in route, it will just take a little while for the tracking information to appear, but don't worry your sidekick was shipped!
Hope that makes you guys less nervous :-)

Wow you guys have absolutely no patience. I ordered mine on 28th at 12:01AM EST. The reference number on the UPS didn't work until AFTER 24 hours later. Surprisily, it shows today, the 29th is out for delievery!! I'm waiting for it. . . also I got the text message AFTER 24 hours. . . . so you guys just wait for more than 24 hours from the order time :)

Anybody order by usps instead of ups. If so is your tracking working. I ordered mine 6/28 at 7am I got the text msg but tracking isn't working I tried with dashes and without still not working.

I got the message from tmobile saying "thanks for the upgrade", but I still have nothing from UPS. Its been way past 24 hours, more like 31 hours. What is going on here...

I ordered my sidekick3 using free shipping usps but when I put my phone number in to track it it says "tracking status information for this item is not available via this website." What in the world is going on. Then when I go to the ups site and try and enter my phone number with and without the dashes to track it it says it is not a correct ups tracking number.
i'm pissed because i've tried the tracking number that T-Mobile gave me about 35764354 times AND I tried my moms phone number, because she upgraded hers and is giving the SK3 to me because she doesnt want one, and still no tracking available. i swear, if i see the ups guy in my neighborhood, i'm going to jump him and go through all those damn boxes and or get him to track it for me...

I place my order 6/27 at 11:00 pm central time. Still can not track anything its just says track number invalid... So I called customer service and they were no help at all. I feel like I got ripped off for paying that extra money for rush delivery just to here that it will be there by monday. That is crap!!!! By time ill end up getting it will probally be in stores.

All my buddies recieved theirs today.
I however, have no information pertaining to my tracking number and have not recieved it yet. I have been sent in circles between tmobile and ups. Im kinda bummed.

Ordered mine 6/28 at 12pm, it took FOREVER to show up in UPS tracking (today at 10pm it finally showed up as shipped)
ps...it's my understanding that they are shipping from pa. meaning if you live closeby, it should only take a day to get to you (even with free ground)

u put it under track by reference number..then u add ur 10 digit number WITH the dashes..and fill the most u can..if it works then it works.i had to wait 24 hours for mine to work

Where is the 3day shipping at, UPS don't run on saturday, monday it will reach san diego, tuesday a holiday, wednesday, I should get it. That's no 3day shipping...

Did you option for FREE GROUND or EXPRESS?
Obviously shipping isn't FREE for UPS so they are actually paying for it and they have been upgrading the shipping at no extra cost!

It came saturday, I wasn't home, no saturday pickups
It came monday(today), I had work, missed it.
I called in for pickup, they said come between 8:00 and 8:30
So that's where I'm at now
I know when I go down there, another problem will pop up, I will inform you all at 9:00 if I received it.

hey, i got my sidekick3 yesterday, this sidekick3 is HOT....
Fuck ups!!! after waiting a week for the sk3. ups finally come today but someone from ups stole it!!!! the box had everything else in it except for the sidekick and the sim card and sd card!!!! I'm sooooo pissed off right now!!!!!!
I ordered my sidekick 3 on June 29 at about 10am and I received my shipment on July 6, but the only problem was that my box was missing the phone, the charger, and the usb cable. I dunno what happened but T-mobile said they would ship me another one as soon as possible. The good thing though is that I get to keep all the other extra stuff that comes with the phone. So I'll have 2 batteries, 2 holsters, 2 miniSD Cards, and 2 headphones.

Yes I finally got my SK3, my first SK3 was taken by somebody before I even opened my package, but t-mobile expressed me another one and I love it. I'm posting this from the SK3 right now, I don't think any phone out right now can touch the sidekick. This is a great gadget.
